Glass South America, now in its 15th year, came to an end a few days ago. The fair is the most important stage in the South American region on which all professionals related to the world of glass for construction and architecture gravitate.
The event, which brought together the main Brazilian and foreign brands of the glass industry in a strategic location for networking and consolidating business relations, allowed Forel to host professionals from all sectors at its stand with a focus on glass processors and designers.
The targets set by the Kyoto Protocol in terms of energy efficiency in buildings can only be achieved if action is taken on containing consumption in new buildings and improving the performance of what has already been built. “Insulating glass plays a crucial role in energy saving,” comments Giovanni Quarti, Forel’s Export Area Manager, “and the production lines designed by Forel can manufacture insulating glass panels with up to four panes of glass and a maximum insulation thickness of up to 100 mm. Cutting-edge technologies for higher environmental standards is the guideline to follow in the immediate future.”
Forel’s products on show in São Paulo included the laminated glass vertical cutting machinery, the Sorting System, the High Tech and Residential insulating glass lines, and the entire range of vertical edge processing.
We would like to express our special thanks to everyone who made this experience possible and to those who visited our stand, contributing to the great success of Glass South America 2024.
The appointment is already planned for next year to deepen the connections made during these days and create new ones.
