From 25 to 28 April, the 33rd edition of China Glass, Asia’s leading trade fair for the glass industry, took place in Shanghai. Among this year’s protagonists, Forel attracted the attention of industry professionals and numerous visitors interested in discovering the latest innovations.
Attendance at this edition of China Glass reached 126,381, an increase of 18% over the previous edition’s attendance. The number of foreign countries and visitors also reached a record level, confirming the importance of promoting and increasing the confidence of the glass industry at a global level.
The sales team introduced and illustrated the recent innovation on the high-tech insulating glass line with thermoplastic spacer applicator. This line has recognized technical advantages by combining efficiency and versatility with a significant increase in insulating glass panel productivity.
“In addition to the product exhibition, China Glass was an important networking opportunity for Forel,” says Sergio Cosano, Export Area Manager at Forel. “The company met potential customers, business partners, and other key players in the industry, strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities for collaboration.” Discussions focused on how Forel’s technologies can be integrated into production processes to optimize them and increase the level of automation.
