To strengthen the bond with its customers, Forel organised a series of Demo Days at its headquarters in Vallio di Roncade (Treviso), which took place in April, May and July.
The events, which were attended by Italian and foreign customers, offered a unique opportunity to discover the latest technologies in the insulating glass sector, with a special focus on the High Tech Jumbo line with thermoplastic spacer, the High Speed line with flexible applicator, and machinery for vertical edge processing.
The Demo Days allowed participants to fully immerse themselves in the world of insulating glass, thanks to hands-on demonstrations of Forel’s latest innovations. State-of-the-art production lines were presented in action, demonstrating their high performance and ability to meet the most specific customer requirements.
Among the most appreciated innovations by the participants, the High Tech Jumbo line certainly stole the show. This state-of-the-art production line is designed for processing large glass panes, offering maximum flexibility and precision. The applicator, installed in the line in operation during the demonstration days, simplifies operation because it transforms the process with a single thermoplastic material, eliminating the need for different components (e.g. frames, dryers, …); it also allows greater flexibility in terms of both production and edge size adjustment.
The Demo Days proved to be a great success for Forel, confirming the company as a pioneer in the insulating glass sector. The high number of participants, the interest shown in new technologies and the positive feedback received from customers are tangible proof of Forel’s commitment to innovation and quality.
